When I moved to Stuttgart in 2002, I founded my own
troop, the “Patch Amiras”. We performed cabaret style as well as ATS
Fusion. We moved back to the US in 2005. We danced
at every major function on Patch Military Base and organized several
shows. The highlight though, was when we were invited to join my old
troop for their annual show. We had a blast!
After moving back to Virginia, and suffering from major belly dance
withdrawal, I started teaching again in Gloucester. From February
2006 to January 2007, I taught in Newport News with the
East Virginia School for the Performing Arts (EVSPA). I also founded
"Body Wave", the smallest and most comfortable dance studio
anyone has ever seen! There I found like-minded dancers and we began practicing and
enjoying the sisterhood of the tribe.
In
January of 2007, I moved back to Europe where I taught
and performed in Stuttgart Germany. Wicked Hips Tribal Germany is
already established in the area and celebrated their
first big show in July 2007 with my favorite, Sharon Kihara. Just

to see some of the performances.
In
January of 2009, I moved back the Virginia where I regrouped
with Wicked Hips USA. I founded my new studio "Hip
Expressions" in January of 2010 in a new, 1,200sq ft
location.
When I am not belly
dancing, which lately is rarely the case, I enjoy making crafts. I love to cook dishes from all
over the world and entertaining friends and family. Traveling is
also something I enjoy. For my bio, information, and schedules on
